File sharing & Dowload module/script

We have a Drupal module ready to sell which allows you to upload, share and dowload files by paying for the files. A free user see a timer and after the timer expires, user can dowload the file. The url to file can not be share and its secured dowload. User can only download once. Files uploaded by the users can be share with friends and user can earn points and based on number points won, user will be promoted and will assigned with more privilages.
